The routing layer
healthcare never had.
All1Code, LLC is building EHS Ecosystem, healthcare's missing routing layer. Four integrated applications—a patient app, telehealth/provider platform, ER coordination platform, and operator console—share one backend and one patient record, allowing patient data and clinical context to travel seamlessly from symptoms to self-care, virtual visits, emergency care, or 911.
Its governed, multi-engine AI architecture supports 13 clinical features, each with a defined persona and tailored safety guardrails, audited across 35 AI call sites.

Every care transition is a blind handoff.
Healthcare remains fragmented, with emergency departments, telehealth providers, and primary care clinicians frequently operating with incomplete patient information. These disconnected systems contribute to redundant testing, treatment delays, preventable errors, and costly operational inefficiencies.
EHS Ecosystem addresses this challenge by connecting care navigation, AI-supported clinical decision-making, and patient information within one integrated platform. Four applications share a unified backend and longitudinal patient record, helping direct patients to the appropriate level of care while preserving clinical context across transitions—from self-care and telehealth to emergency services.
Unlike point solutions that address isolated stages of care, EHS Ecosystem is designed to coordinate the entire patient journey, improving continuity, supporting safer decisions, and streamlining healthcare operations.
Target customers include hospital systems and emergency departments seeking improved triage and operational efficiency; telemedicine and urgent-care providers expanding virtual services; and healthcare administrators seeking a unified alternative to multiple disconnected solutions.
With four live applications and a pilot-ready platform, All1Code is seeking healthcare pilot partners, strategic collaborators, and investors to support real-world validation and commercialization.
Not an EHR. Not a telehealth app.
A routing network.
EHS Ecosystem is an intelligent routing layer that connects every patient to the right level of care, at every moment — and sends their record ahead of them.
The Google Maps analogy: Google Maps works for every destination, not just the ones that paid Google. EHS Ecosystem routes to every facility in the network — facilities that adopt the platform get deeper value, but routing works regardless. Every routing event creates awareness. Awareness drives adoption.
Four applications. One patient. One backend.
A single Node.js / MongoDB backend connects 190+ data models across every application. No one ever starts from scratch.

AI-powered. Safety-layered.
Independently verifiable.
A five-engine AI chain — spanning self-hosted and major commercial models — routes every clinical call through a unified provider with a mandatory safety layer. Every one of 35 AI call sites has been audited directly against source code. Thirteen clinical-facing features now carry a named persona with guardrails specific to that feature's own risk.
The platform's single highest-stakes call — emergency-triage severity scoring, which drives automated 911/ER routing with no human review — runs a named physician persona plus a deterministic, vitals-based safety floor. For a category where buyers and regulators increasingly ask “show me exactly how your AI is constrained,” this is a concrete, inspectable answer.
Built and deployed.
Pre-revenue. Pilot-ready.
No simulated demo — a real backend, a real schema, and real integrations across four live applications.
$105.6B combined current market.
Across the two segments EHS Ecosystem sits directly in, growing toward $440B+ by the early 2030s.
The MWBE beachhead — NYC Health + Hospitals: 11 hospitals, 5 post-acute facilities, 30+ Gotham Health community health centers, 1.2 million patients annually.NYC Mayor's Management Report, FY2024/2025 All1Code's Federal, State, and City MWBE certification, combined with founder Christopher Kirton's 11-year HHC career and Co-Founder Dr. Regine Bruny's own tenure leading behavioral health transformation at NYC H+H/Kings County, is a direct, relationship-backed procurement pathway no competitor can replicate.
The category gap is wide and widening.
Healthcare technology remains fragmented across specialized solutions: KATE AI, Clearstep, and TriageGO focus on triage; Teladoc and Amwell on telehealth; and Epic and Oracle Health on enterprise clinical documentation and EHR infrastructure.
EHS Ecosystem differentiates itself by connecting these functions through one AI-native, FHIR R4-compliant platform. Its four-direction Patient Data Bridge enables real-time information sharing across the patient app, provider dashboard, and emergency department, reducing manual data entry and preserving clinical context throughout care transitions.
Rather than replacing enterprise EHRs, EHS Ecosystem is designed to complement existing infrastructure while consolidating disconnected point solutions. Its integrated architecture offers a potentially more cost-effective, rapidly deployable approach to care navigation, clinical coordination, and operational efficiency.

Four compounding moats.
No single moat is unbeatable alone. The combination is structurally hard to replicate from inside a 30-year-old architecture.
Technical
190+ data models, 200+ collections, 4 apps, 1 backend, 5 AI engines. Years of engineering that can't be rebuilt from scratch in under 3–5 years.
Data
Every routing decision links to a real clinical outcome — a training dataset no competitor can purchase or fake. It only exists once you have the patient volume.
Network
More patients → more routing events → more facilities adopt → more data → better AI → more patients. A flywheel that compounds with scale.
Regulatory
MWBE certified (Federal, NYS, NYC). Patent filing planned, 15 innovations documented. CMS Medicare App Library compliant. HIPAA AES-256-GCM. FHIR R4 US Core. FDA regulatory pathway mapped. Every certification adds months of cost for a would-be copycat.
Built by people who lived
the failure firsthand.
Most healthcare IT founders understand either healthcare, engineering, or clinical care — rarely more than one. Between them, this team has spent decades on all three.
I spent 20+ years inside hospital systems as an Epic/Cerner architect, building and repairing EHR infrastructure, clinical workflows, and documentation across emergency departments, psychiatric units, laboratories, radiology, operating rooms, pathology, and more.
At NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County (2008–2019), I built a complete psychiatric EHR and engineered a bidirectional immunization-registry interface across 12 hospital sites. Later, at Community Care Health Centers throughout Texas, I personally corrected COVID-19 vaccine records for more than 300,000 patients following a critical data error. I didn't study healthcare's fragmentation problem—I spent two decades fixing it, hospital by hospital.
Now I'm building the system I wished existed: EHS Ecosystem, four integrated applications sharing one backend and one longitudinal patient record. It's the missing routing layer in healthcare, allowing patient data and clinical context to follow patients seamlessly from symptom to care, addressing the fragmented information, costly inefficiencies, and dangerous blind handoffs that compromise patient safety and burden healthcare systems nationwide.
I co-founded All1Code with Dr. Regine Bruny, a dual board-certified psychiatrist who helped lead the transformation of behavioral health services at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, served as Medical Director of the Mental Health Service Corps under Mayor de Blasio's ThriveNYC initiative, and now serves as Associate Director of Counseling and Wellness at NYU. She leads our clinical strategy, responsible-AI governance, and patient safety.
Together, we combine deep hospital IT engineering expertise with frontline clinical leadership, bringing both the technical knowledge to build the solution and the clinical judgment to ensure it works for patients and providers.
As technical architect, working alongside Dr. Bruny's clinical leadership, I've built all four applications, every AI integration, 13+ wearable and CGM device integrations, and the platform's HIPAA compliance infrastructure. The platform is live, pre-revenue, pilot-ready, and MWBE-certified (Federal/NYS/NYC).
We're seeking investors, accelerators, and health system partners ready to back a team that understands exactly where healthcare breaks down, and has already built a solution.
A dual board-certified adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist who helped lead the transformation of behavioral health services at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County (2009–2017) following federal intervention, advancing patient safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Served as Medical Director of the Mental Health Service Corps under Mayor de Blasio's ThriveNYC initiative, expanding access to mental healthcare across all five boroughs. Currently Associate Director of Counseling and Wellness at NYU and supervises psychiatric nurse practitioners at Valera Health, with a consulting practice spanning EMR optimization and clinical workflow design. At All1Code, she guides clinical strategy, responsible AI integration, patient safety, and strategic partnerships — bridging technological innovation with the realities of healthcare delivery.
Currently open to accredited angel investors and MWBE-aligned funds alongside non-dilutive grant capital (NSF SBIR, NIH/NIBIB, NYS/NYC MWBE programs). Equity crowdfunding via a registered platform is planned for 2027 to open participation to a broader base of retail investors.
